Yoga + Flower Picking at Golden Hour
An Evening to Breathe Before the Busy Returns
Now that the sports have paused and the calendar has a little breathing room, it’s time to sneak in some well-deserved relaxation—before summer slips away and the rhythm of the school year quickly returns.
Join us in the flower field for a 30-minute slow flow yoga class led by Dr. Jordan. This class is gentle, grounding, and perfect for all levels. You’ll move with intention, stretch away the stress, and reconnect with yourself in the golden light of a summer evening.
After class, stay to gather a bouquet of blooms to take home—a small, beautiful reminder of the calm you chose to make space for.
Bring:
✔ Yoga mat or towel
✔ Snips for flower cutting
✔ Water + bug spray
✔ Your girlfriends—or come solo and soak it all in
